14. MARKETING CLAIMS, REBATES & ENERGY SAVINGS DISCLAIMERS
To protect both you and us, we want to be very clear about our marketing claims:
No guarantees of rebates, approvals, or savings
We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any rebate, incentive, program, financing offer, or specific savings.
Any examples of rebates, approvals, or savings (such as “up to 60% savings” or “thousands per year”) are estimates only, based on general scenarios.
Your actual eligibility, rebates, approvals, and savings will depend on factors such as your home, your utility usage, your credit profile, program availability, and decisions made by third-party contractors, utilities, and financing providers.
What “no extra cost” and similar phrases mean
From time to time, our marketing may use phrases like:
“No Extra Cost”
“No Additional Out-of-Pocket”
“Upgrades For The Same As What You Pay Now”
When we use these or similar phrases, we mean that:
Potential energy or utility savings may offset some or all of the cost of upgrades over time, and
Based on certain assumptions, your net monthly costs may be similar to what you are currently paying.
These phrases do not mean:
That upgrades are free,
That there will be no charges at all, or
That your bills or payments will never increase.
All upgrades, financing, and program details are subject to contract terms between you and the third-party provider (contractor, lender, or other partner).
